Applied lane: logic behind the counter and profiles shown

What does the number in the counter mean? And which profile cards are shown in the Applied lane?

Through this lane, and the corresponding counter, we give you insights in (the number) of (forwarded) applications.

Why are there fewer profiles in the lane than the counter seems to indicate?

You might have noticed that there can be a difference between the no. in the counter and the actual no. of profiles on the page.

This is because profiles who have been forwarded to your company website after clicking on ‘Apply’ – without having received a message first – aren’t shown in this lane.

We do this since we don’t want to infringe on the privacy of the job seekers who decide not to push forward with their application through your company website after all. They are, however, included in the number in the counter.

In short:

The counter is a total number of all candidates that:

  1. Have applied on Magnet.me (if you let job seekers apply on Magnet.me for your job)
  2. Have been moved manually to this lane by a recruiter.
  3. Have been forwarded to your company website after clicking on ‘Apply’.

The profiles we show in the Applied lane are candidates that:

  1. Have applied on Magnet.me (if you let job seekers apply on Magnet.me for your job)
  2. Clicked on the application link on the opportunity page.
  3. Have been moved manually to this lane by a recruiter.
  4. Have been forwarded to your company website after clicking on ‘Apply’, but only if they have received a campaign or personal message before their application.
